This position is based out of the Gulf Coast area in the RESEA department. You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas. WHO YOU ARE:  A collaborative engaged professional that will partner with the TWC workforce team and service providers to uplift Texans. You are a senior technical analyst with research skills. You have great communication and organization skills and seeks to become a reemployment services subject matter expert.  WHAT YOU WILL DO:  The Reemployment Coordinator (Program Specialist IV) performs highly complex (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO: -Serve as the local RESEA resource to Board staff and service providers on service delivery, outreach, and training.  -Become a subject matter expert on local labor market, local community support services and the RESEA program. -Conduct touchpoints with RESEA customers utilizing professional etiquette and demeanor  to validate compliance with individual reemployment plans and other RESEA requirements.  -Conduct research, program assessment, preliminary investigations and prepares reports.  -Support and presents at RESEA conferences and conducts classroom training and webinars. -Assist in developing program policies, procedures, standards, and manuals.
