What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school or equivalent diploma

Nice to Have

Experience utilizing a time and attendance system, Experience in administrative tasks, Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis, Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, Experience in recruiting or HR, Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis, Experience in oral and written communication, Associate's degree or above, Bachelor's degree, Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system, Experience communicating and delivering presentations, 1-2 yrs of experience in a high-volume administrative support role, Bi-lingual skills are a plus

Support candidate activity

Complete electronic paperwork

Provide follow-up correspondence

Track recruiting activities

Report candidate status

Attend community fairs

Address recruiting process questions

Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience

Identify opportunities for improving scheduling efficiency

Coordinate other recruiting activities

Assist in onboarding of new hires

Assist in departures of employees

Perform administrative tasks

Execute NHE activities

Host New Hiring Events

Act as Candidate Care Specialist

Perform Candidate Processing

Administer Badge Photo
