Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma
Nice to Have
Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, MyTime (Kronos) and PowerPoint, Experience in administrative tasks, Experience working with customers, Experience in recruitment, HR or equivalent, Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis, Experience in oral and written communication, Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, 1-2 yrs experience in high-volume administrative support, Recruiting assistant experience preferred, Professional services experience desirable, Comfortable speaking in front of large groups, Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Excellent customer service skills, Organizational skills with attention to detail, Bi-lingual skills are a plus

Support candidate activity
Complete electronic paperwork
Provide follow-up correspondence
Track recruiting activities
Report candidate status
Attend community fairs
Address recruiting process questions
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience
Identify opportunities for improving scheduling efficiency
Assist in coordination of recruiting activities
Assist in on boarding of new hires
Assist in departures of employees
Perform administrative tasks
Execute NHE activities
Act as Candidate Care Specialist
Act as Candidate Processing
Act as Badge Photo Administrator
Act as Drug Test Administrator
