Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma
Nice to Have
Experience in administrative tasks, Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis, Experience working with customers, Experience in recruiting or HR, Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis, Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation, Associate's degree or above, or Bachelor's degree, Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system, Experience using customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, 1-2 yrs of experience in a high-volume administrative support role, Comfortable with speaking in front of large groups, Bi-lingual skills are a plus

Address recruiting process questions
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience
Identify opportunities for scheduling efficiency
Assist in coordination of recruiting activities
Assist in onboarding of new hires
Assist in departures of employees
Perform administrative tasks
Execute NHE activities
Administer drug tests
