What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma
Nice to Have
Experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, MyTime (Kronos) and PowerPoint, Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or processes, Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis, Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, Experience in recruiting or HR, Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, or experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure, Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis, Experience in oral and written communication, Associate's degree or above, Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates, 1-2 yrs of experience in a high-volume administrative support role or equivalent, Comfortable with speaking in front of large groups

Assist in coordination of recruiting activities
Assist in onboarding of new hires
Assist in departures of employees
Perform administrative tasks
Execute NHE activities
Act as Candidate Care Specialist
Act as Candidate Processing
Act as Drug Test Administrator
