What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, Excellent command of English, at least at B2 level, Minimum 3 years experience as a Linux system administrator, Minimum 3 years experience directly working in an OpenShift environment, Expertise in container orchestration frameworks such as OpenShift, Automation skills with proficiency in Ansible, Works unassisted and guides, junior staff, Very sense of responsibility - Accuracy and attention to details, Open-minded, excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills, Very good organizational skills, Very good communication skills, Supportive and helpful personality with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude, Ability to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision, Forward-looking with a holistic approach, High level of motivation and initiative

Nice to Have

Valid Red Hat Certified System Administrator or Red Hat Certified System Engineer certification, Valid Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator certification, Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), and experience with cloud-based deployments, Experience in managing multiple OpenShift clusters in virtual and cloud environments, Expertise in troubleshooting issues relating to various aspects of the OpenShift environment (orchestration, storage, security etc.), Expertise in monitoring and optimizing system performance, capacity and availability in an OpenShift environment, Scripting and automation skills, with proficiency in Bash, Python, or similar languages, Experience with database administration (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)

What You'll Do.

Managing & Maintaining OpenShift Infrastructure

Researching and implementing ways to automate the management of our infrastructure

Monitoring and optimizing system performance

and availability of the OpenShift environment

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to container orchestration

and other aspects of the OpenShift environment

Developing and implementing best practices for deploying and managing containerized applications using Red Hat OpenShift

Creating and maintaining documentation for operational processes

Supporting development teams across our growing development

and production environments on OpenShift

Supporting OpenShift AppDev (ie. containerizing apps and moving them onto OpenShift)

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborating closely with other teams in DOS Sector (infra, networks, systems etc.); Supporting development teams across our growing development, UAT, and production environments on OpenShift
