This role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade virtualization solutions on Red Hat OpenShift, while playing a key role in supporting our broader cloud transformation initiatives. You will lead end-to-end virtualization migration projects, including workload assessments, risk analysis, and cutover planning, ensuring smooth and low-risk transitions. The role involves optimizing virtualized compute, storage, and networking resources, maintaining OpenShift clusters, and resolving complex platform issues through deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Working closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams, you will ensure solutions align with organizational standards and compliance requirements. You will also develop and maintain documentation such as runbooks and architecture guidelines, implement automation to streamline operations, monitor performance and capacity, and provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and support teams. ## Qualifications Essential Skills and Experience: * Significant years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift platform administration and management * Experience with multi-cluster OpenShift deployments. virtualisation and management * Proven expertise
