What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or GED, One year of prior experience in a customer-facing sales role, Valid driver’s license, Two years of direct selling experience, Prior waste industry or service industry experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree, knowledge of various recycling commodities
What You'll Do.
Prospect and sell recycling services
Drive volume of recyclable materials
Develop sales and marketing action plans
Generate sales leads for other opportunities
Build long-term relationships with clients
Maintain awareness of commodities market
Prepare and deliver sales presentations
Grow existing and prospective client base
Prepare sales contracts
Maintain knowledge of services and pricing
Offer additional services
Meet with Sales or Operations Manager
Track prospective customer information
Maintain knowledge of environmental laws
Participate in training courses
Build relationship and increase Company visibility
Prepare Customer Service Agreements
Respond to customer inquiries
Perform other job-related duties

Team & Collaboration
Meet regularly with Sales or Operations Manager; Generate and provide sales leads to other sales representatives
Communication Scope
Good communication; Effective communication to all levels of management; Good written and verbal presentation skills
