Must Have
Minimum 10 years experience in IT recruitment, Proven track record of high-volume IT placements, Active network of IT freelancers and consultants in Quebec, Proficiency with ATS, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, Ability to work autonomously in a performance-oriented environment, Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English

Develop lasting relationships with freelancers
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices
Contribute to employer brand Talan's visibility
Propose adoption of modern recruitment tools
Propose adoption of agentic AI solutions
