Must Have
Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, solid expertise in prospecting, client acquisition, Request for Proposal (RFP) management, Proven ability to assess candidates' technical skills in various areas of information technology, Acute organizational skills, discipline, methodical approach to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Possess a significant and established network of contacts within Quebec companies across various industries, Mastery of technological tools and platforms specific to Request for Proposal (RFP) management, Ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and close deals
What You'll Do.
Understand client needs
Define precise job profiles
Evaluate candidates' technical and behavioral skills
Manage the complete selection process
Identify and target new potential clients
Develop prospecting strategies
Establish solid relationships with prospects
Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans
Lead targeted prospecting campaigns
Lead commercial negotiations
Prepare and submit detailed and convincing responses to RFPs
Maintain regular reports on prospecting activities

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams on RFP responses; Influence and persuade internal stakeholders
Communication Scope
Good oral and written communication skills in French and English
