Possess a significant and established network of contacts within Quebec companies across various industries., Mastery of technological tools and platforms specific to Request for Proposal (RFP) management.
What You'll Do.
Understand client needs
define precise job profiles
and evaluate candidates' technical and behavioral skills in IT.
Manage the complete selection process
from talent identification to their integration with clients.
Identify and target new potential clients
develop prospecting strategies
and establish solid relationships with prospects.
Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans
and lead targeted prospecting campaigns.
Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts
maximizing benefits for the company.
Prepare and submit detailed and convincing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with internal teams.
Maintain regular reports on prospecting activities
with a methodical and structured approach.
