What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HBO or WO diploma, Minimum 2 years recruitment/HR/commercial experience, Good command of Dutch and English, Possession of a driver's license
Nice to Have
Develop into a solid business partner, Ability to set priorities, Affinity with young, ambitious target group, Affinity with (generative) AI
What You'll Do.
Develop campus recruitment strategy
Organize information sessions
Organize career fairs
Build relationships with universities
Build relationships with colleges
Interpret test results
Make selection decisions
Act as business partner for hiring managers
Manage full recruitment process
Contribute to inflow targets
Optimize recruitment processes
Contribute to employer branding initiatives
Advise hiring managers
Organize in-house days
Participate in campus activities
Build relationships with study associations
