As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with recruitment coordinators, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient process. You will bring 1-2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience and possess a Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An RPR designation is considered an asset. What would you be doing? * Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule pre-employment testing to identify top talent and support the recruitment process. * Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates while collaborating with internal teams to meet departmental hiring needs. * Post job openings on the ATS website and job boards and guide shortlisted candidates through the application process for a positive experience. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the applicant tracking system, maintaining efficient recruitment operations and clear candidate communication. * Provide regular updates to active candidates and perform additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.
