What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 + years of experience in an HR administrative and/or recruitment role, Ability to efficiently review and select resumes that meet company requirements for further screening, Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based computer systems
Nice to Have
Diploma in Human resources or business administration, 1+ years of experience in recruitment, Proficiency in recruitment software
What You'll Do.
Identify and schedule qualified staff for roles
Communicate with field staff on role requirements
Coordinate with leadership on staff scheduling
Forecast staffing needs for sites
Maintain staff tracking/scheduling systems
Assist with creating and advertising job postings
Conduct virtual interviews
Perform reference checks
Coordinate Pre-Employment tests
Utilize applicant tracking system
Notify unsuccessful candidates
Complete daily and weekly reports
Organize and attend recruitment events
Maintain up-to-date tracking spreadsheets
Assist in the onboarding process
Assist with administrative duties
