Must Have
1 + years of experience in an HR administrative and/or recruitment role, Ability to efficiently review and select resumes that meet company requirements for further screening, Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based computer systems
Nice to Have
A diploma in Human resources or business administration is preferred, 1+ years of experience in recruitment preferred, Proficiency in recruitment software is an asset
What You'll Do.
Identify available and qualified staff
Communicate with field staff
Coordinate with leadership on staff
Forecast staffing needs for sites
Ensure all staff tracking/scheduling systems are maintained
Assist with creating and advertising job postings
Conduct virtual interviews
Perform reference checks
Coordinate Pre-Employment tests
Utilize the applicant tracking system
Notify unsuccessful candidates
Completes daily and weekly reports
Organize and attend job fairs
Maintain up-to-date tracking spreadsheets
Assist in the onboarding process
Assist with other administrative duties
