What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required
Nice to Have
Proficiency in social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, with demonstrated ability to create recruitment-focused posts, respond to candidate inquiries, monitor engagement, boost advertisements, and run basic recruitment campaigns preferred, Experience using content creation or design tools such as Canva or similar platforms to develop graphics for social media, job fairs, and recruitment or employer branding materials preferred, Experience supporting workforce programs, community partnerships, early talent initiatives, or grant-related processes is preferred, Experience in an industrial, field-based, or oilfield services environment is considered an asset, particularly supporting high-volume field operations or geographically dispersed teams

Developing recruitment strategies

Facilitating sourcing efforts
Coordinating and supporting the full interview and selection process
Facilitating interviews
Advising on hiring decisions
Managing verbal and written offers
Building and maintaining talent pipelines
Supporting recruitment marketing efforts through social media
Supporting internal talent development
Coordinating participation in job fairs
and community outreach initiatives
Promoting CEDA’s employer brand
Representing the company in a professional and positive manner
