Full Job Description
Our international HR services team here in Bratislava is looking for a new team member, who would help our German recruitment team to find and recruit the best talent supporting them throughout the whole process and be a strong communication partner internally as well as externally. **What will be your daily responsibilities?** You will by mainly responsible for supporting local Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialists in Germany with sourcing the best candidates and ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly, including: * CV analysis and candidate research * Managing candidate pools * Phone Pre-screening of candidates * Booking interviews & assessments * Active communication with candidates as well as recruiters * Handling and processing administrative tasks in our internal HR system * Working closely together with other HR colleagues to support the business and provide a smooth and consistent user experience **What we offer you** We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.900 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
