Must Have
4+ years recruitment experience, Behavioral based interviews experience, Understand and enact MSAs, Manage multiple searches simultaneously, Translate data into action items, Ability to influence without authority, Create and implement sourcing plans, Thorough OFCCP knowledge, Functional Microsoft Office knowledge, Applicant Tracking System experience, Write client-oriented communications, Give client presentations
Nice to Have
Tertiary qualification in business, Global organization experience preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred
