4+ years recruitment experience, Experience conducting behavioral interviews, Ability to understand MSAs/SOWs, Experience managing multiple searches, Experience creating sourcing plans, Knowledge of OFCCP compliance, Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office, Experience using an ATS, Ability to write client-oriented communications, Ability to give client presentations
Nice to Have
Tertiary qualification in business, Bachelor's degree preferred
