What You'll Do.
Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers
Manage full lifecycle of requisition process
Manage requisition intake
Manage worker assignment
Manage time and expense
Act as talent advisor
Support clients through requisition fulfilment
Ensure quality talent acquired on time
Ensure recruitment service delivered per contract
Assist client managers in contract labor acquisition
Prepare insightful questions for intake sessions
Gather detailed job descriptions
Document requirement intake conversations
Utilize reports to manage open requirements
Advise managers on requirement status
Monitor supplier sourcing strategies
Discuss expectations with HM
Agree upon timeframes
Agree upon roles and responsibilities
Coach staffing suppliers
Manage staffing suppliers
Oversee staffing supplier performance
Document client reported issues
Document supplier reported issues
Track issue resolution
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Monitor performance against SLAs
Monitor requisition aging

As a Program Specialist, is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and managing the full lifecycle of the requisition process, including requisition intake, shortlisting, sourcing management, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, offboarding and reporting. The Program Specialist acts as a talent advisor to support our clients through the requisition fulfilment process to ensure quality talent is acquired on time. Key Accountabilities: * Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service levels * Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process, including requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing * Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions appropriate for the position before conducting a requirement intake session with hiring managers to gather detailed job descriptions to distribute to the supply base * Document requirement intake conversations in the appropriate database (BeeLine, Fieldglass, etc) * Utilize reports to manage open requirements to advise managers on the status of requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely response. * Discuss with HM and agree upon expectations, timeframes, feed
