Track issue resolution
Maintain worker assignments
Update worker assignments
Communicate with clients

Communicate with contingent workers

Resolve client inquiries
Resolve supplier inquiries
Provide program status reports
Monitor performance against SLAs
Track pending end of assignments
Track expense management
Track vendor compliance
Interact with vendors
