Turn your candidate flow into $75k-$100k+ placements. We partner with top Quant Developers and Software Engineers, placing them into leading US hedge funds and high-growth tech companies. If you're strong at sourcing, qualifying, and building relationships with high-calibre engineers - this is a high-upside, delivery-focused model without the usual noise. The Opportunity • $75k-$100k+ per placement • Fully remote - work from anywhere (Dubai, Thailand, London, etc.) • Live US mandates across quant + software • Structured process, clear submission standards • Training and support to help you ramp quickly You focus on finding and qualifying great talent. We provide the roles, clients, and framework.
