solid exposure to high-volume blue-collar recruitment or willingness to learn, computer literacy and ability to learn and utilise HRIS systems, keen eye for detail to assist in screening job applicants, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, right attitude and solid attention to detail

people skills and an understanding of how the HR function serves and cares for staff across all operations, knowledge and experience in the meat processing or agricultural sector
