This role focuses on enhancing candidate experience, optimizing processes, driving automation, and providing market insights to stakeholders. You will delegate tasks, monitor team capacity, address escalations, and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic recruitment goals. By fostering innovation and inspiring your team, you will ensure the effective engagement of both active and passive candidates while maintaining adherence to recruitment processes.
