You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. _ **So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.** **About the Role** The Recruitment Development Manager will be in charge in conducting and executing strategies & recruitment initiatives, engagement activities learning sessions, recruitment pipeline reports to the SMT and Agency Leaders. * Reports & Progress follow-through (status/progress) in coding journey, exam results, and recruitment promos and initiatives * Execute strategies and action plans in partnership with the Sales Management Team: Ensure successful Implementation of Department’s strategies and plans on the ground. * Collaborate execution of Zonal Recruitment Initiatives with Sales Management Team * Provide Performance & Pipeline Business Review & Recommendations down to BDMs and Agency Leaders * Design and implement engagement activities and Recruitment Roadshows focused on learning session/skills training in Recruitment. * Monitor and Push on progress and adoption of the agency leaders’ month on month on the premier recruitment programs of AIA on the ground _Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, t
