What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 5 plus years of experience in Recruitment, 2 to 3 years’ experience in team handling skills, Experience in the staffing industry, Excellent communication skills, complete understanding of the US Recruitment process, Possess written and oral English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc., Leadership skills, coaching, development, building character of people through influence, Experience in providing solutions to customer challenges, Experience in driving operations through consistent process, In-Depth knowledge of performance metrics, written and verbal/presentation skills, Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trends, Amenable to work in the NIGHT SHIFT, willing to work in Pasig, City
Nice to Have
Other related industry designations, certificates, licenses or coursework helpful, Preferred staffing experience from a contingent or retained agency environment

Ensure seamless delivery between onsite and offshore

Manage relationships with third-party providers
