Vacancy: Recruitment Coordinator at Metaal Flex Do you enjoy connecting people, coordinating processes, and maintaining strong client relationships? At Metaal Flex, you will play a key role in supporting international employees and ensuring successful collaborations with our clients. As a Coordinator, you are the link between employees, clients, and internal departments, ensuring that the entire placement process runs smoothly. Metaal Flex is an international staffing agency that recruits and supports employees from various European countries. Through genuine care, dedication, and a family-oriented approach, we provide people with opportunities to grow professionally while contributing to the Dutch economy. What will you do? * Act as the first point of contact for both clients and employees. * Coordinate and communicate with internal departments such as Recruitment, Planning, and Back Office. * Support the recruitment and placement process of international employees. * Organize and coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and introduction programs. * Guide and support employees throughout their assignment period. * Monitor employee performance, availability, and well-being. * Conduct evaluation meetings with both clients and employees. * Prepare visit and evaluation reports. * Process leave requests and sick leave registrations. * Maintain and manage employee and holiday schedules. * Introduce candidates to clients. * Perform translation tasks when required. * Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to optimizing processes and service delivery. What do we ask from you? * MBO working and thinking level (vocational education). * Proven experience within the staffing, recruitment, or temporary employment industry is required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Good command of both Dutch and English. * Valid Category B driving licence. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Empathetic, service-or
