WHAT YOU WILL DO: We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new employees, ensuring they experience a seamless and positive transition into their roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees. Accurately track and manage onboarding responsibilities to completion. Ensure data accuracy for new hires. Initiate and review background checks promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the onboarding process, aligning with client requirements and statements of work (SOW). Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience. Conduct new hire orientations partnering with the HR Team. Understand the company and HR policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition into EOS. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
