As we continue to grow, we are looking for two Recruitment Consultants to join our team. We are currently hiring for two recruitment desks: **Allied Health Recruitment** * Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Podiatrists * Locum and permanent **Medical Recruitment** * Doctors across a range of specialties * Locum and permanent This is a full-cycle recruitment role, meaning you will manage the entire recruitment process from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement and ongoing relationship management. ### What You'll Be Doing * Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and clients across Australia * Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish * Conducting candidate interviews and screening calls * Writing job advertisements and candidate profiles * Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
