Promote FNZ at Canadian university career fairs and events
Develop and maintain relationships with target Canadian universities and early‑career talent pools
Support high‑volume graduate and early‑career recruitment
including assessment centres where applicable
Execute direct sourcing and headhunting strategies aligned with FNZ’s direct recruitment model
and interview candidates to ensure alignment with business
and capability requirements
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to support ongoing and future hiring needs
and professional candidate experience throughout the process
and report recruitment performance metrics across North America
including time to fill
Maintain recruitment data accurately within FNZ’s in‑house recruiting systems
Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with FNZ North American standards
local Canadian employment legislation
and diversity & inclusion principles
Manage and oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies where required
Participate in North American Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives
