Full Job Description
## Responsibilities Lead sourcing and conduct screening interviews for junior-level roles — identifying strong candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, and running initial screening calls to assess fit. Review and screen applications, prepare structured shortlists, and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit Design and manage candidate application workflows, ensuring each stage is clearly defined, tracked, and moving forward Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all stages — coordinating availability, sending confirmations, managing reschedules, and ensuring a smooth experience for all parties Prepare application and assessment materials as needed, including role-specific screening questions and evaluation forms Partner with hiring managers throughout the process — aligning on role requirements upfront, sharing structured feedback after each stage, and following up regularly to keep hiring on track Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Lever), ensuring full pipeline visibility at all times Use AI tools daily to automate and improve recruitment workflows, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting tasks ## Must-Have Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal — assessed throughout the process Highly organised with strong attention to detail — able to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work to improve efficiency and automate repetitive tasks — this is a core expectation of the role Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) — used regularly for documentation, tracking, and reporting A genuine interest in building a career in Recruitment and People Able to work independently, manage your own time, and stay accountable without close supervision ##
