What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–7 years of experience in a technical operations, systems, or analytics role, Hands-on experience owning or administering an ATS or comparable SaaS platform, including configuration, data integrity, and user management, Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects independently without a lot of direction, Sharp attention to detail and a low tolerance for systems that don't work the way they should

THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a Recruiting Systems & Analytics Lead to own the infrastructure behind how Flock hires. This is a IC position at the intersection of systems, data, and AI, built for someone who wants to architect the operational backbone of a high-performing talent function. You will own the ATS, build the reporting layer that recruiting leadership actually makes decisions from, and build internal tools and automations that change how the team works. You will operate with significant autonomy, partnering closely with recruiting leadership to identify what is broken, design solutions, and execute without someone handing you a playbook.
