Own scheduling logistics across all teams and time zones — ensuring interviews are confirmed accurately and both candidates and interviewers have all necessary details.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage complex scheduling

Leverage Ashby for scheduling
and analytics — automating workflows where possible to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent candidate experience.
Track and report recruiting metrics to keep the hiring team informed and identify opportunities to optimize the recruiting process.

including maintaining documentation
helping with trainings
and fielding ad hoc requests.
