What You'll Do.
Partner with Hiring Managers to define and drive hiring strategies
Act as the expert on talent assessment by designing high-quality take-home assignments and structured exercises
Assess candidates against Code. org’s cultural principles
Coach Hiring Managers and interviewers to improve calibration and decision-making
Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles
Actively source candidates through LinkedIn
and creative channels
Conduct screening calls and informational interviews
Deliver a high-quality
transparent candidate experience
Identify hiring risks

Facilitate interviews and debriefs
