What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, Recruiting Analytics, or Recruiting Program Management, Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling recruiting organizations, ATS administration experience, Advanced experience with recruiting analytics, funnel reporting, dashboard development, and operational metrics, Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and recruiting analytics tools, Experience presenting recruiting analytics, operational insights, and process recommendations to leadership stakeholders, Process optimization and workflow design capabilities, Proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements, Analytical mindset with ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights and recommendations, Excellent project management and organizational skills, Written and verbal communication skills, Ability to operate independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to Have

Ashby experience strongly preferred, Experience supporting sourcing-heavy and high-volume recruiting environments preferred

Partner cross-functionally with HR

Partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, HR, and business leaders; Partner cross-functionally with HR, People Operations, Finance, and business leaders on hiring operations initiatives and process improvements; Influence cross-functional stakeholders

Communication Scope

Written and verbal communication skills; Experience presenting recruiting analytics, operational insights, and process recommendations to leadership stakeholders
