About Starpath Starpath develops and manufactures the technologies that will enable humans to live on the Moon and Mars. Today, we are developing a robotic system that can locally produce the most necessary commodities, at extreme scale, that a civilization on the Moon will consume: Water, Power, and Oxygen. Our ultimate goal is to build and operate a self sustaining city on Mars. Recruiting Operations Lead In this role, you will own Starpath's recruiting function end-to-end — running the systems and processes that bring exceptional talent into the company. You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers across every team to grow Starpath thoughtfully and quickly. Responsibilities - Own the full recruiting lifecycle: job posting, application review, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding handoff - Partner with hiring managers across teams to move candidates efficiently through the pipeline - Maintain and improve our recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding systems and documentation - Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and own recruiter spend - Run our employee referral program - Partner with leadership on headcount planning, role scoping, and compensation benchmarking - Track and report on pipeline metrics, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Technically literate and comfortable learning new tools quickly - Highly organized with strong attention to detail Preferred Skills and Experience - Prior recruiting, sourcing, or HR experience (in-house or agency) - Experience hiring for technical roles, particularly engineering - Familiarity with Ashby - Experience designing or improving operational processes from scratch - Politely persistent — comfortable following up consistently with both candidates and internal stakeholders - Interest in space, hardware, or deep-tech industries Positio
