As Baseten enters its next phase of growth, the quality and efficiency of how we hire matters enormously — and this role exists to make every part of that process faster, smarter, and more consistent. You'll sit at the intersection of recruiting strategy, systems, and data — defining process standards, driving recruiter enablement, and turning hiring data into actionable insight. You'll work closely with our recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and people team to ensure that every candidate and hiring manager experiences something exceptional. This is a foundational role.
