What's the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and systems-minded Recruiting Operations Analyst to join the People & Culture team at UnitedMasters. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting coordination, focusing on analytics and metrics, tools and systems, optimizing hiring processes, improving candidate experience at scale, and driving operational efficiency across the recruiting function. Please note that this role is a Hybrid role based in our Brooklyn, NY office: four days in office and one day remote. What You'll Do Support reporting on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, scheduling efficiency, process timelines) Maintain data accuracy and integrity across ATS and recruiting systems Partner with People Ops to improve and scale recruiting tools, workflows, and automation (including AI solutions) Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience Support recruiting operations projec
