Must Have

Proven Leadership: Experience leading, mentoring, and developing recruitment teams in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment., Direct experience managing a team of recruiters or talent coordinators, with a focus on coaching and performance management., High-Volume Expertise: A proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment cycles within Operations, Customer Service, or Shared Services environments., Operational Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to optimize hiring workflows, with a history of reducing Time-to-Hire by through automation or process redesign., Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in maintaining data accuracy within an ATS and the ability to leverage metrics to influence stakeholder decisions., Stakeholder Partnership: Experience partnering with Director level stakeholders to manage complex headcount forecasts and capacity planning., DEI Commitment: A measurable history of improving candidate pipeline diversity and implementing unbiased selection processes., Language & Location: Professional fluency in both English and Portuguese is required to support the São Paulo hub and regional leadership
