Full Job Description
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure customers have continual access to innovation. We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead high-volume hiring efforts for our rapidly expanding data center operations. As a Recruiting Manager within AIS, you will own end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for data center roles across multiple locations. You will build and lead a team of recruiters who deliver exceptional candidate experiences while meeting hiring goals. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and can balance quality with velocity. The ideal candidate combines deep recruiting expertise with strong leadership skills and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams. You will partner closely with data center operations leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver talent solutions that enable AWS to scale infrastructure globally.
