About the role: In this role, you will take full ownership of the entire recruiting process, with plenty of room to shape outcomes and make a real impact. At the same time, you will play an active role in shaping how we collaborate and continue to develop as a recruiting organization. About your tasks * You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job advertisements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews with qualified applicants and handling all related administrative tasks. * Your main focus will be recruiting for roles typically found within a Distribution Center, ranging from Supply Chain Managers and Warehouse Team Leads to other office-based functions and operational warehouse employees. In addition, you will support recruitment for office-based positions across our international locations, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands. * You will organize and lead applicant days, creating engaging opportunities to connect with potential talent in an interactive setting. * Together with your manager (based in the Netherlands) and colleagues in the Pilsen team, you will develop and implement talent attraction strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a consistent flow of qualified applications. * You will work closely with hiring managers, providing effective stakeholder management and ensuring recruitment needs are met efficiently and successfully. ## Qualifications About you * You have completed vocational training or hold a degree, ideally in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a re
