If you're looking for a new opportunity where you can truly make a difference, we hope you'll apply for a position with us. **Job Summary** * Lead a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for high-volume requisitions across multiple clients and industries * Screen and qualify resumes as needed to ensure submission quality and fill rate alignment * Set daily and weekly expectations with recruiters based on open volume, client urgency, and priority roles * Monitor and drive recruiter productivity, ensuring adherence to performance metrics, submission targets, and fill ratios set by senior leadership * Track and report on individual and team performance; provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action where needed * Serve as a key delivery point of contact for account managers, client partners, and other internal stakeholders * Participate in intake calls and workforce planning sessions to ensure alignment on hiring goals, job profiles, and delivery timelines * Respond to volume spikes and urgent requests by reallocating resources and communicating capacity or risk across accounts * Ensure recruiter compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and VMS/ATS protocols * Support recruiter onboarding, training, and ongoing
