Maintain and update the internal provider and client database with recruitment-related activity
Proactively source physician and advanced practice provider candidates through outbound calls and emails
Review CVs and identify qualified candidates for current opportunities
Collaborate with recruiters and support day-to-day recruiting efforts
Analyze recruitment reports to evaluate outreach effectiveness and candidate viability
