GRE is a group of enablement professionals, instructional designers, and operations specialists who equip our global recruiting organization with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to hire the best talent in the world. In this role, you will be the operational engine of our team during a critical coverage period — owning the day-to-day execution that keeps our enablement programs running smoothly and directly freeing our senior team to focus on high-impact program design and delivery. **What You 'll Actually Be Doing** * Lead the full content audit and migration from our legacy course tracker (ACT) to Trailhead, tracking progress and deactivating legacy courses once migration is confirmed complete. * Serve as the primary operations owner of the Global Recruiting Onboarding program — managing learning assignments, audience lists, Welcome Call logistics, and slide deck updates across all new hire
