WeWork Reforma Latino (97001), Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico Recruiting Director **Responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans for one particular segment of the recruitment organization (segments such as executive, exempt, non-exempt, campus, diversity, distinct Line of Business; an alternative position would be to lead "horizontal" projects or initiatives that benefit and impact the entire recruiting organization). Leads teams with direct and indirect reports, which are responsible for identifying, sourcing, and converting candidates to fill open job opportunities.
