What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology
Nice to Have
Minimum GPA of 3.0, 6+ months of professional experience in human resources, marketing, sales, or technology (internship experience is applicable), Experience as a recruiting coordinator, Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools, Basic knowledge of personnel policy and procedure in accordance with federal and state laws regarding employment practices, Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities, Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion, Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior management, on a 1:1 basis and in groups, Capacity to learn and speak intelligently about our business and the space industry, Excellent written and oral communication skills
