Experience sourcing for fintech, Experience sourcing for GTM/commercial roles, Experience sourcing for early-stage startups
What You'll Do.
Own sourcing and coordination
Create exceptional candidate experience
Shadow founding recruiter and interviewers
Get up to speed on Ashby
Take over scheduling and coordination
Launch sourcing and outreach campaigns
Identify candidates for automation or tooling improvement
Own scheduling and coordination across all active pipelines
Run consistent weekly volume of outbound sourcing
Hold top-of-funnel conversations
Hand qualified prospects to founding recruiter
Own top-of-funnel strategy
Prototype or co-build larger systems
Build reusable sourcing playbooks
Present pipeline health and funnel data
