EarnIn’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Bengaluru, India-based Recruiting Coordinator Lead to support recruiting operations and serve as a key local partner for talent operations in the region. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality interview experience while also supporting onboarding, employee experience, and site-related initiatives in Bengaluru. This is a highly visible, execution-focused role for someone who brings strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to move work forward independently. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of accountability and partners effectively with global and local stakeholders. This position is hybrid from our Bengaluru office (HSR Layout), with an expectation of being onsite at least two days per week.
