Full Job Description

RECRUITING COORDINATOR, INTERN PROGRAM-TEMPORARY POSITION We are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic team player to join our Intern Program team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will impact the success of the SpaceX Intern Program, which hires interns across all SpaceX sites. In addition to being each intern candidate’s first touchpoint with the company, you will remain their most valuable resource throughout the recruitment process. Your contributions will directly influence the next generation of emerging talent at SpaceX! RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule high volumes of intern candidate phone screens, liaising between hiring managers and prospective candidates across multiple time zones Work with speed and accuracy, ensuring that each interview is scheduled swiftly and that all communications include necessary information to set up candidates and interviewers for success Demonstrate an extreme level of organizational skills through status updates to hiring teams and recruiting leaders Assist the Intern Program and University Outreach team with special projects as needed POSITION DETAILS: This is a temporary position with SpaceX, for the length of time as stated, and is subject to change with minimal notice as business needs dictate. LENGTH OF POSITION: 6 months (permanent hire conversion based on performance and business need) LOCATION: Hawthorne, CA (requires being onsite - remote work not considered) SHIFT: standard business hours BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum GPA of 3.0 6+ month
