WHAT YOU'LL DO - Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency - Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience - Improve efficiency by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to help prepare reports to keep recruiters and hiring managers on target - Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates - Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims - Meet and greet candidates while they are onsite for interviews - Take on projects to impact our workflow and office experiences - Please note that this is a 12-month contract position and is not eligible for the full-time be
